To start this two hour workshop, Caroline will guide us through a simple lymphatic flow. We will explore means to work with the lymph in an energetic sense.
Mary will then lead us in creating unique designs, using simple repurposed circle mats that she will provide. We will tap into our own creative flow using paints, stencils and more.
