• I will have you undress to your level of comfort. You will be covered up and draped under the covers throughout the session.

  • I do not accept insurance, however I can provide you with a receipt which you can provide to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • I am no longer accepting tips!

  • I recommend coming in once 1-3 weeks pre op and then typically as early as a week post op. I always have you consult with your doctor before coming in, should there be any complications or reasons they may suggest waiting longer.

  • On average, I typically see folks weekly for about a month then we taper out to once a month. This depends on your surgery, degree of swelling, etc. Please see my latest package offering.

  • No! I will validate your parking when you come up to the suite.

  • Returns & Refunds Policy

    At Wood Pigeon, we want you to feel good about the products you bring into your daily rituals. We are a small business that thoughtfully creates small batch products. This being said for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare including facial oils, body oils, balms, mists, and other topical products.

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make things right.

    Eligible Returns

    Unused, unopened, and sealed eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

    To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    Please note:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
